Peter joined the advisory board as a legal advisor in 2022.  He has a Master’s in law from University of Copenhagen and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.  He has been a member of the Danish Bar since 2009 and was admitted to the High Court in 2012.  

Currently Peter serves as chief legal advisor for the Municipal of Lolland, Denmark. Its an organization with 3400 employees and an annual turnover of appr. 3,4 billion DKR.

Peter brings invaluable insight when negotiating long term HMA's as well as strategic advisory services on JV and acquisitions made by the group.
