For each hotel, ABHM selects the general manager responsible for daily operations. General control over the operation of hotels is provided by the Chief Operating Officer of ABHM (Chief Operating Officer), who during the year visits facilities with scheduled and unscheduled inspections. 

In addition to the inspection, OOU consults with the personnel, provides an overview of the current operations and marketing activities of the hotel. The quality control program also includes visiting the hotel "anonymous guest", which provides an objective assessment of the hotel's compliance with high standards of quality of service.
