In May 2016, the opening of the boutique hotel "Premier Hotel Pochaiv", located opposite the Holy Dormition Pochayiv Lavra in Pochaiv, Ternopil region.

ArtBuild Hotel Management specialists in cooperation with the ArtBuild Hotel Group took a direct part in the project implementation, in particular, developed the concept, hotel technology and floor layout of the property, prepared its financial and economic model, as well as a complete and detailed design project. In addition, the designer of the company proposed and visualized the facades of the hotel in Alpine style.
