ArtBuild Hotel Management has provided Asset Management services for one of the largest hotel and recreational complexes in Ukraine "Rixos-Prykarpattya". The aim of the work was to identify the potential for improving the economic performance of the hotel by conducting an audit of its operating activities.

The information base for the evaluation of the work of Rixos-Prykarpattya was the internal materials and documents handed over by the administration of the complex; interview with hotel management; own observations of specialists; data from the Mystery Guest and Hotel Health Check programs.

As a result of the work done, the Customers received a more than 300-page Report on the current state of the business and its potential in the future. An important part of the Report is practical recommendations aimed at improving the economic performance of the hotel in the shortest possible time.
